Do you offer exchanges/returns?
Yes! We want to be sure you are happy with your order. Please see our Return Policy for more information. 

What is the best way to care for my items?
For shirts, we recommend washing inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low, or line dry. Do not use bleach. Do not iron decoration.

For hats, spot hand wash only and hang dry. Do not machine wash or put in dryer.

Can I purchase old designs or old "Design of the Month" items?
Unfortunately, once the pre-order window is closed the designs are no longer available for purchase. So if you see an item you like, grab it while you can! This makes all of our items limited edition, and therefore all the more awesome! 

 

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently only ship to the US and Canada.

How long will it take to get my order?
All "Design of the Month" items are currently set up on a pre-order basis. Once the pre-order window is closed, production will begin and items will start to ship. All orders will be shipped by the first of the following month, at the latest.(Example: June's DOTM orders close on June 15th, all orders will be shipped no later than July 1st).

My order is lost or not delivered, what do I do?
Our first recommendation is to check with other household members or neighbors. You should also take a look around your residence in case the delivery driver placed it in a hidden spot to prevent theft. Also check with the delivery company to see if they can provide any information.
